Each Javier x BB piece is handcrafted with care and intention. Variations in form, surface, or color are part of the creative process and should not be considered defects.
Therefore, returns are only accepted in cases of damage during shipping or incorrect delivery.
Custom-made or made-to-order products cannot be returned. However, for standard items purchased from stock and in unused condition, you may request a return within 14 days of receipt.

Once the return is approved and the item is received, a refund will be issued. Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
